My name is Marina, I am 40 years old, and I am the founder of the first and only service in Bulgaria - KidsTaxi.BG How did the idea come about?
I am a mother of 2 children who have school/activities and their own events. This means that the children need to be transported to different places, sometimes at the same time. This turned out to be a problem. To my surprise, I did not find a single service in Bulgaria that provided this kind of service, and regular taxis did not meet my requirements, as well as the requirements of many of my friends and acquaintances.
So, I decided: "If there is no such service, but there is a need, why not implement a service for accompanying children in cars without parents or car nannies (for very young children)".
Thus, the company KidsTaxi.BG was born.

Child-accompanying driver (auto nanny)

Auto nanny is a real find for modern parents who have little free time. We have a solution to this problem.
We will help you organize safe, comfortable, prompt transportation of your loved ones who need special care - children.
What can an auto nanny do? In the morning, take your child to school or kindergarten, during the day/evening, pick them up and take them to sports activities and other classes, help them change clothes (make sure the child does not forget/lose anything), wait and deliver them to the door of your apartment, handing them over from one set of hands to another.
Trip to the doctor

As our experience shows, the second most popular service is trips to the doctor. This service we offer is especially relevant during the first year of a baby's life when visits to the doctor happen frequently, and "dad is at work and can't give a ride." It's great if the clinic is located on the next street, but if you have a contract for paid medical services for your child, sometimes you have to travel to the hospital on the other side of the city.
By the way, we can assure you that you won't find infant car seats in regular taxis. Knowing this, we have created a separate service called "Trip to the Doctor".
Meeting from the Maternity Hospital

For cases when a baby is born in the family, we have introduced the "Meeting from the Maternity Hospital" service with KidsTaxi.
Always the best solution will be to order a taxi with a child seat. By using this service, you will always be sure that your baby will be in a cradle during the trip, not in your arms.

We understand how difficult it can be to balance the interests of two or more children when you need to be in different places simultaneously or interrupt a younger child's nap to pick up an older child. We are ready to take on the transportation of one of your children so that you can dedicate time to the other child.

Having to leave work every time to pick up your child from school? Asking your boss for permission? Constantly checking the time during a meeting? We will provide you with the opportunity to work to your fullest potential for the benefit of your family while your child attends school/extra classes/activities.

In today's world, business trips are an integral part of business development, and we understand this. To ensure that your child stays on schedule while you are away, we are ready to provide you with our services.

We completely agree, which is why we created a service that allows parents, regardless of their workload, to give their children the opportunity to attend the best educational institutions in the city.

How It Works

Sign a contract, send you information about the accompanying person, introduce you

The accompanying person arrives at the designated time and day to the place where the child needs to be picked up

Seats the child in the car and fastens the seatbelt; if the child is older, the accompanying person will make sure the seatbelt is properly fastened

Drives the child to their destination, escorts them to the entrance, and informs the parent that the child has been safely delivered to the location

Prices

The price includes organizing the trip, coordinating with the parent, scheduling, and accompanying the child according to the pre-agreed conditions.

One-time trip with accompaniment:
from 25 EUR

Regular one-way trips (e.g. to school):
up to 20 trips per month – from 400 EUR per month

Regular trips to and from school:
up to 40 trips per month – from 760 EUR per month

The final monthly price is determined individually according to:
• the distance of the route;
• the number of trips.

We are currently accepting requests for a preliminary route assessment. Once we receive the information, we will send you an individual offer and a possible start date.

*Also, all our vehicles are always equipped with: a child car seat according to the child's age, water, wet and dry wipes, and masks.

Our Advantages

Route

We will calculate and prepare an individual route for your child's transportation. With KidsTaxi, there is a fixed route cost that you will find out immediately upon submitting your request.
Assigning a dedicated accompanying driver

We will introduce you to the driver who will be permanently responsible for picking up and dropping off your child, and provide you with all their information. You will have peace of mind knowing the person who is with your child.
Personal transport of accompanying driver

Our drivers take extra care of their vehicles, regularly monitoring their condition. In KidsTaxi cars, smoking is not allowed.
Rigorous selection of accompanying personnel

Before being hired, every potential driver must meet the company's requirements.
All accompanying personnel are interchangeable

We operate on a strict schedule, and if your accompanying person goes on vacation or gets sick, we will find a replacement for the duration of their absence.
Our vehicles are equipped with child car seats

All vehicles are equipped with mandatory child restraint systems (boosters / child seats / infant carriers).

Mandatory requirements when hiring:
Having a car Driving experience of at least 10 years
Accident-free driving experience for 5 years
After receiving the application, we schedule an interview.
Following the interview, we verify the authenticity of documents through the police database.
